Umorni ste, odlazak na more vam se \u010dini kao preskupa investicija, najradije bi presko\u010dili godi\u0161nji odmor. Evo \u0161to o tome ka\u017eu stru\u010dnjaci, za\u0161to nam je uop\u0107e potreban odmor?<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u0160to je to umor i za\u0161to nastaje?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Umor je popratna pojava svake \u010dovjekove aktivnosti koja smanjuje njegovu radnu produktivnost i negativno utje\u010de na stav prema radu. Umor je zapravo mje\u0161avina subjektivnih osje\u0107aja i objektivnih promjena koje djeluju na radni u\u010dinak.<\/p>\n<p>S obzirom na vrstu rada, umor mo\u017ee biti psihi\u010dka, kao posljedica intelektualnog rada, ili tjelesna pojava, kao posljedica fizi\u010dkog optere\u0107enja pojedinih mi\u0161i\u0107nih skupina ili \u010ditavog tijela (op\u0107i umor).<\/p>\n<p>Postoji <strong>akutni i kroni\u010dni umor.<\/strong> Prve znakove umora \u010desto je te\u0161ko objektivno utvrditi, a upravo je to va\u017eno za ona zanimanja u kojima je potrebna velika koncentracija. Neki znakovi umora neprimjetno se nagomilavaju i pokazuju tek nakon duljeg vremena.<\/p>\n<p>Ako ste primijetili opadanje kriti\u010dnosti u radu, slabljenje pozornosti, promjenu pona\u0161anja i raspolo\u017eenja kao \u0161to su razdra\u017eljivost, sukobi s osobama iz okoline, tada se kod vas javljaju subjektivni znakovi umora.<\/p>\n<p>Objektivni znakovi umora o\u010dituju se u smanjenju radnog u\u010dinka, spontanim prekidima radne aktivnosti, u\u010destalom mijenjanju brzine rada, funkcionalnim promjenama razli\u010ditih organa (pove\u0107ana potro\u0161nja energetskih rezerva) i poreme\u0107ajima psihomotorne spretnosti (slabija koordinacija pokreta, pojava suvi\u0161nih pokreta tijekom obavljanja rada).<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u0160to naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e dovodi do umora?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Umor nastaje zbog lo\u0161e organizacija rada, neprikladnog radnog mjesta, dugotrajnog i napornog rada, neodgovaraju\u0107e prehrane, bolesti, nemotiviranosti za rad, lo\u0161ih me\u0111uljudskih odnosa na radnom mjestu i nezadovoljstva u privatnom \u017eivotu<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Izbjegavajte prekovremeni rad<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Brojna istra\u017eivanja o odnosu trajanja <strong>radnog vremena<\/strong> i <strong>umora<\/strong> pokazala su da je spontana brzina rada ve\u0107a \u0161to je radni dan kra\u0107i. Radnik se tijekom dugog radnog dana aktivno brani od umora \u010de\u0161\u0107im prekidima i sporijim tempom rada. Produ\u017eivanjem radnog vremena zna\u010dajno se pove\u0107ava negativno djelovanje umora. Za vrijeme umora produktivnost je niska, a energetska potro\u0161nja pove\u0107ana.<\/p>\n<p>Zato je i korist od <strong>skra\u0107ivanja radnog vremena<\/strong> to ve\u0107a \u0161to je rad te\u017ei i \u0161to vi\u0161e umara. Nakupljanje umora tijekom godina dovodi do tro\u0161enja organizma i skra\u0107ivanja radnog \u017eivota. Zbog toga se ne preporu\u010da prekovremeni rad jer on dovodi do nakupljanja umora i iscrpljivanja organizma. I zato se godi\u0161njeg odmora nemojte odre\u0107i ni pod koju cijenu, savjetuju stru\u010dnjaci <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hzjz.hr\/\">Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Bolje je koristiti vi\u0161e kra\u0107ih odmora nego jedan du\u017ei<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da je racionalnije organizirati vi\u0161e kra\u0107ih nego manji broj du\u017eih odmora, ali isto tako treba znati da godi\u0161nji odmor ne smije trajati prekratko jer u tom slu\u010daju ne mo\u017ee do\u0107i do potpunog oporavka organizma.<\/p>\n<p>Kod planiranja godi\u0161njeg odmora preporu\u010da se koristiti<strong> najmanje 10 dana<\/strong> u jednom dijelu. Prema nekim procjenama to je najkra\u0107e vrijeme za kojeg mo\u017ee do\u0107i do potpunog \u201eoporavka\u201c organizma i nakupljanja snage za nastavak rada. Tako\u0111er se preporu\u010da <strong>svaka tri mjeseca<\/strong> uzeti kra\u0107i odmor od nekoliko dana ili jedan du\u017ei odmor od najmanje sedam dana nakon \u0161est mjeseci neprekinutog rada.<\/p>\n<p>Prema tome, imaju pravo poslodavci koji organiziraju godi\u0161nji odmor u dva dijela tj. du\u017ei ljetni i kra\u0107i zimski. Kori\u0161tenje pak predugog godi\u0161njeg odmora (vi\u0161e od 30 dana) pokazalo je kod ve\u0107ine korisnika i negativne u\u010dinke na radnu sposobnost. U tom je slu\u010daju, po povratku na posao potreban du\u017ei period prilagodbe, pa je radni elan u po\u010detku slabiji.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Kako se odmarati?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Pasivno odmaranje<\/strong> sastoji se u relativnom mirovanju i prekidanju aktivnosti (sjedenju, le\u017eanju, spavanju). Pasivni je odmor koristan kod jednostavnih, a te\u0161kih poslova jer se na taj na\u010din najbolje odmaraju mi\u0161i\u0107ne skupine koje su za vrijeme rada optere\u0107ene. Spavanje je vi\u0161e od obi\u010dnog pasivnog oblika odmaranja i neophodno je u minimalnom trajanju 6-7 sati dnevno. Spavanjem se nadokna\u0111uje potro\u0161ena energija i osigurava normalna funkcija organizma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aktivni odmor<\/strong> pogodan je kod lak\u0161ih poslova, a naro\u010dito nakon prete\u017eno intelektualnog rada. Provodi se razgibavanjem, \u0161etnjama, sportskim aktivnostima (rekreacija, medicinsko programirani aktivni odmor).<\/p>\n<p>Do umora mo\u017ee dovesti i <strong>nedostatak<a href=\"https:\/\/gorica.info\/en\/2023\/07\/22\/ljeto-ne-mozemo-zamisliti-bez-ovog-slasnog-voca-evo-zasto-se-lubenica-treba-naci-na-vasem-tanjuru\/\"> vitamina<\/a><\/strong>, minerala i drugih neophodnih tvari koji poma\u017eu organizmu u suzbijanju umora.
