Poznata misao <strong>\u201eSretan \u010dovjek ima mnogo \u017eelja, a bolestan samo jednu\u201c <\/strong>najbolje sa\u017eima koliko nam je zdravlje va\u017eno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"> No koliko na\u0161e svakodnevne navike zaista prate tu \u017eelju da \u017eivimo zdravije?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">Budu\u0107i da smo zakora\u010dili u blagdanski prosinac, razdoblje kada su \u010de\u0161\u0107e upravo one navike koje srcu ne \u010dine dobro \u2013 <strong>vi\u0161e alkohola, te\u017ea hrana, manje kretanja zbog hladno\u0107e<\/strong> i manjka dnevnog svjetla \u2013 dobro je podsjetiti se da sve to postupno optere\u0107uje krvne \u017eile i sr\u010dani mi\u0161i\u0107. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">Upravo zato donosimo <strong>7 klju\u010dnih savjeta za zdravo srce<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>1. Prehrana i tjelesna te\u017eina <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">Prehrana izravno utje\u010de na razinu masno\u0107a u krvi, krvni tlak i stanje krvnih \u017eila i kada se pravilna prehrana kombinira s odr\u017eavanjem zdrave tjelesne mase, rizik od sr\u010danih bolesti zna\u010dajno se smanjuje. Prekomjerna tjelesna masa pove\u0107ava rizik od visokog krvnog tlaka, <a href=\"https:\/\/gorica.info\/en\/patronazna-sluzba-obiljezila-svjetski-dan-dijabetesa-mjerenjem-secera-i-tlaka\/\">dijabetesa<\/a> i povi\u0161enih masno\u0107a u krvi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">\u010cak i mali gubitak tjelesne mase, od samo\u00a0<strong>5\u201310 %<\/strong>, mo\u017ee dovesti do vidljivog pobolj\u0161anja parametara koji su klju\u010dni za zdravlje srca. Ne zaboravite na\u00a0<strong>ribu<\/strong>\u00a0(posebno losos, sku\u0161a i sardine) te\u00a0<strong>maslinovo i laneno ulje<\/strong>, koja doprinose zdravlju srca zahvaljuju\u0107i omega-3 masnim kiselinama i antioksidansima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">S druge strane, va\u017eno je\u00a0<strong>smanjiti unos zasi\u0107enih i transmasnih kiselina<\/strong>, koje se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e nalaze u pr\u017eenoj i jako masnoj hrani te industrijski procesiranim proizvodima. Izbjegavajte i\u00a0<strong>suhomesnate proizvode<\/strong>\u00a0 jer sadr\u017ee visoke koli\u010dine soli, zasi\u0107enih masti i konzervansa koji negativno utje\u010du na krvne \u017eile i krvni tlak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"> Ograni\u010dite i konzumaciju\u00a0<strong>pr\u017eene i procesirane hrane<\/strong>, pretjeranog unosa\u00a0<strong>soli<\/strong>, kao i\u00a0<strong>slatkih i gaziranih pi\u0107a<\/strong>\u00a0koja doprinose upalama i dodatnom optere\u0107enju za srce.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>2. Spavajte dovoljno<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">Kvalitetan san smanjuje krvni tlak, regulira hormone gladi i stresa te smiruje otkucaje srca. <strong>Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da osobe koje spavaju sedam sati dnevno imaju manje kalcija u arterijama<\/strong>,<strong> jednog od ranih znakova sr\u010danih bolesti,<\/strong> u usporedbi s osobama koje spavaju premalo ili previ\u0161e. U 2026. godini jedna od mudrih odluka mo\u017ee biti i <strong>\u201evi\u0161e knjiga, manje ekrana\u201c.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">\u010citanje knjige prije spavanja umiruje mozak i poti\u010de stvaranje sporijih, opu\u0161taju\u0107ih mo\u017edanih valova, dok svjetlo ekrana remeti melatonin i ote\u017eava uspavljivanje.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>3. Upravljajte stresom <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">Stres je pove\u0107ava lu\u010denje adrenalina i kortizola, povisuje krvni tlak i ubrzava rad srca. U stresnoj situaciji, zastanite 1\u20132 minute i duboko udahnite, zatim procijenite je li situacija doista vrijedna uzrujavanja. Koristite tehnike opu\u0161tanja poput \u0161etnje, joge, istezanje, meditacije, jer i samo 10 minuta dnevno mo\u017ee imati dugoro\u010dne koristi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>4. Kre\u0107ite se <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">Redovito <a href=\"https:\/\/gorica.info\/en\/medicinski-centar-gorica-upozorava-gotovo-svaki-drugi-gradanin-u-hrvatskoj-je-fizicki-neaktivan\/\">kretanje<\/a> smanjuje krvni tlak, podi\u017ee \u201cdobar\u201d HDL kolesterol ja\u010daju\u0107i sr\u010dani mi\u0161i\u0107.\u00a0<strong>Za zdravlje srca preporu\u010duje se 150 minuta umjerene aktivnosti tjedno (oko 30 minuta dnevno).<\/strong>\u00a0To ne mora biti intenzivan trening \u2013 dovoljna je brza \u0161etnja, lagano tr\u010danje, vo\u017enja bicikla ili ku\u0107na tjelovje\u017eba. I mnoge male navike \u010dine razliku \u2013 iza\u0111ite jednu tramvajsku stanicu ranije, parkirajte malo dalje, odaberite stepenice umjesto lifta. Svaki korak se ra\u010duna.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>5. Odbacite cigarete i alkohol <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">U Hrvatskoj pu\u0161i oko\u00a0<strong>25 % odrasle populacije<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 jedan od najvi\u0161ih udjela u EU. Nikotin i toksini o\u0161te\u0107uju krvne \u017eile, povisuju tlak i ubrzavaju otkucaje. Zato je odricanje od cigareta jedna od najboljih odluka koju mo\u017eete donijeti za 2026. godinu. Ako izdr\u017eite 21 dan \u2013 \u0161anse za trajan prestanak zna\u010dajno rastu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">\u0160to se ti\u010de alkohola,\u00a0<strong>Hrvatska je i dalje me\u0111u zemljama s najve\u0107om potro\u0161njom alkohola u Europskoj uniji.<\/strong>\u00a0Prema podatcima Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije iz 2023. godine, <strong>prosje\u010dni odrasli stanovnik u Hrvatskoj popije oko 8,7 litara \u010distog alkohola godi\u0161nje<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">Isti\u010demo \u201c\u010distog\u201d, primjerice, 1 litra piva s udjelom alkohola od 5 % sadr\u017ei oko 0,05 litara \u010distog alkohola.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>Alkohol povisuje krvni tlak, optere\u0107uje srce i pove\u0107ava rizik od aritmija,<\/strong> osobito kod dugotrajnog i u\u010destalog konzumiranja. A kako nam je alkohol dio proslava, dru\u017eenja i \u201eopu\u0161tanja\u201c, va\u017eno je podsjetiti da umjerenost doslovno spa\u0161ava srce.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>6. Redovito kontrolirajte krvni tlak\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">Hipertenzija, povi\u0161en krvni tlak, naziva se i \u201etihim ubojicom\u201c jer\u00a0<strong>godinama ne daje simptome<\/strong>, a ozbiljno o\u0161te\u0107uje krvne \u017eile.\u00a0Rano otkrivanje klju\u010d je prevencije komplikacija poput infarkta i mo\u017edanog udara.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>7. Ne odga\u0111ajte preventivne preglede <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px\">Simptomi poput <strong>povi\u0161enog kolesterola<\/strong>, \u0161e\u0107era ili tlaka \u010desto prolaze nezamije\u0107eno sve dok ne nastane ozbiljan problem.
