<p><span style="font-size: 20px">1 srednji crveni luk, sitno nasjeckan</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">150 ml povrtne ili pileće juhe</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">3 žlice jabučnog octa</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">2 žličice <a href="https://hr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senf">senfa</a></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">4 žlice maslinovog ulja</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">sol i svježe mljeveni papar</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">svježi vlasac ili peršin za posipanje</span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 20px">Priprema</span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Krumpire dobro operite i skuhajte u kori u posoljenoj vodi dok ne omekšaju. Ocijedite i ogulite ih dok su još topli, te narežite na tanke kriške.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">U velikoj zdjeli pomiješajte tople krumpire i narezani luk.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Pripremite marinadu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">U manjoj posudi zagrijte juhu, dodajte ocat, senf, sol i papar. Umiješajte sitno nasjeckani luk i pustite da kratko prokuha (1–2 minute).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Prelijte tople krumpire s toplom marinadom i lagano promiješajte kako bi sve upilo. Ostavite da odstoji 10 minuta.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Na kraju dodajte ulje, još jednom promiješajte i pospite svježim vlascem ili peršinom.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Krumpir salata je najbolja kad odstoji barem pola sata, tada se svi <a href="https://gorica.info/slasni-i-hrskavi-popecci-od-krumpira-za-lagani-rucak-ili-veceru/">okusi</a> savršeno prožmu.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Za pripremu je potrebno tikvice <strong>oguliti i naribati</strong>, zatim ih posoliti i ostaviti da odstoje 10 do 20 minuta kako bi pustile višak vode, koji se potom <strong>dobro ocijedi</strong> rukama ili u kuhinjskoj krpi.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">U zdjeli se pomiješaju <strong>ocijeđene tikvice s jajima</strong>, brašnom, te po želji dodatnim sastojcima poput sira, češnjaka, peršina ili mladog luka. Smjesa treba biti <strong>gusta i kompaktna</strong>, a po potrebi se može dodati još brašna ako je rijetka.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Popečke oblikujte žlicom u<strong> male pljeskavice</strong> i pržite na srednje jakoj vatri u zagrijanom ulju oko 2-3 minute sa svake strane, dok ne dobiju zlatno-smeđu i <strong>hrskavu koricu</strong>. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Nakon prženja, stavite ih na <strong>papirnati ubrus</strong> da upije višak masnoće.</span></p>
