<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">U zdjelu stavite mljeveno meso. Dodajte sol, mljevenu papriku, sitno sjeckani češnjak, peršin i malo papra.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Ulijte mineralnu vodu i sve dobro izmiješajte rukama dok ne dobijete jednoličnu smjesu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Smjesu ostavite u hladnjaku najmanje 30 minuta da se prožmu okusi.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>Priprema lepinja</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Lepinje prerežite vodoravno na pola ili narežite na deblje šnite, kao kruh.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Svaku polovicu ili šnitu premažite s malo ulja.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Na svaku šnitu lepinje prstima ili žlicom nanesite tanki sloj mesne smjese.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Smjesu razmažite do samih rubova kako se prilikom pečenja ne bi povukla i ostavila “gole” rubove.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Pazite da sloj mesa ne bude predebeo kako bi se ravnomjerno ispekao.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>Pecite nekoliko minuta</strong> dok meso ne dobije lijepu boju i ne bude pečeno.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Zatim ih pažljivo okrenite i kratko zapecite i s donje strane lepinje.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Ukupno pečenje <strong>traje 4–6 minuta</strong>, ovisno o jačini vatre i debljini mesa.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 20px">Priprema kolača od jagoda</span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Jaja umutite sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom dok ne postanu pjenasta.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Dodajte ulje i kiselo vrhnje, pa kratko izmiksajte.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">U drugoj posudi pomiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i prstohvat soli.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Suhe sastojke dodajte u smjesu s jajima i lagano izmiješajte dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Polovinu smjese izlijte u kalup (veličine oko 23&#215;20 cm) obložen papirom za pečenje.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Na smjesu složite polovinu narezanih jagoda.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Prelijte ostatak smjese i opet posložite preostale jagode po vrhu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 175°C oko 35–40 minuta, ili dok čačkalica zabodena u sredinu ne izađe suha.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Ohladite i po želji pospite šećerom u prahu.</span></p>

<p data-start="264" data-end="530"><span style="font-size: 20px">Blagoslov hrane najčešće se obavlja na<strong> Veliku subotu</strong>, uoči Uskrsa, kada <strong>vjernici</strong> u košarama donose pripremljene namirnice u crkvu. Svećenik tada molitvom i blagoslovom posvećuje hranu, simbolično zahvaljujući na darovima i zazivajući obilje i blagostanje u obitelji.</span></p>
<p data-start="532" data-end="669"><span style="font-size: 20px">Ovaj običaj ima duboko značenje, hrana koja se blagoslivlja <strong>predstavlja novi život</strong>, uskrsnuće i zajedništvo obitelji za uskrsnim stolom.</span></p>

<h3><strong><span style="font-size: 20px">Recept za šunku u kruhu</span></strong></h3>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 20px">Sastojci:</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">oko 1,5 kg kuhane šunke</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">750 g brašna za dizana tijesta</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">sol</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">250 ml mlijeka</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">1 žlica šećera</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">1 svježi kvasac</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">50 ml otopljenog maslaca</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px"><strong>Skuhajte šunku</strong>, ohladite, ocijedite i dobro osušite. U većoj posudi pomiješajte brašno i sol te napravite udubinu u sredini. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Kvasac rastopite u mlakom mlijeku sa šećerom, pokrijte i ostavite kratko da naraste. Zatim ga dodajte u brašno, ulijte rastopljeni maslac i mlijeko te zamijesite glatko, elastično tijesto. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px"><strong>Ostavite tijesto</strong> na toplom da se udvostruči pa ga premijesite. Zatim tijesto razvucite u oblik pravokutnika dovoljno velikog da u njega umotate šunku. </span><span style="font-size: 20px">Ako treba, spojeve malo navlažite vodom da se ne razdvoje.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Ostavite tijesto još pola sata da opet naraste. Zagrijte pećnicu na 220 °C, zajedno s posudom u kojoj ćete peći kruh. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Stavite štrucu u posudu pa poklopite i pecite 40-50 minuta. Izvadite štrucu, premažite je kistom namočenim u vodu, pa bez poklopca pecite još 15-20 minuta na 200 °C, po potrebi premazujući vodom.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Nakon što je izvadite iz pećnice, šunku u kruhu ostavite da se ohladi.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Leću operite i stavite kuhati u većoj količini posoljene voda. Kuhajte 20-ak minuta, ocijedite vodu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Na malo ulja prepržite luk, nasjeckane kobasice i mrkve. Pirjajte dok povrće ne omekša.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Umiješajte sitno nasjeckani češnjak i pirjajte sve zajedno minutu-dvije.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Dodajte koncentrat rajčice, začinite mljevenom dimljenom paprikom, soli i paprom. Pirjajte sve zajedno nekoliko minuta.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Ogulite jabuke, naribajte ih i pomiješajte sa šećerom, vanilin šećerom i cimetom. Ako su jako sočne, lagano ih ocijedite.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Položite jednu koru na stolnjak, premažite je otopljenim maslacem ili uljem, stavite drugu preko nje i ponovite premazivanje. Obično se rade 2–3 kore po roli.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Rasporedite jabuke po rubu kora, pospite grožđicama i orasima odnosno krušnim mrvicama.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Uz pomoć stolnjaka zarolajte štrudlu, prebacite je na namašćen lim i premažite maslacem ili uljem.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">1 žlica svinjske masti ili ulja</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">1 lovorov list</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">1 žličica mljevene crvene paprike</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">sol i papar po ukusu</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">200 ml temeljca ili vode</span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 20px;">Priprema</span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Na masti ili ulju popržite sitno<strong> nasjeckani luk</strong> dok ne postane staklast, a zatim dodajte češnjak.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Umiješajte<strong> mljevenu papriku</strong> pa odmah dodajte kiselo zelje i lovorov list. Dobro promiješajte.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Ulijte temeljac ili vodu i ostavite da se krčka na laganoj vatri 30-ak minuta, dok zelje ne omekša.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">U drugoj posudi kratko prepecite kobasice da dobiju lijepu boju, a zatim ih dodajte u lonac sa zeljem. Kuhajte još 10-ak minuta da se okusi povežu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Posolite i popaprite po želji te poslužite toplo uz krišku domaćeg kruha ili pire krumpir.</span></p>
