<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">U zdjelu stavite mljeveno meso. Dodajte sol, mljevenu papriku, sitno sjeckani češnjak, peršin i malo papra.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Ulijte mineralnu vodu i sve dobro izmiješajte rukama dok ne dobijete jednoličnu smjesu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Smjesu ostavite u hladnjaku najmanje 30 minuta da se prožmu okusi.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>Priprema lepinja</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Lepinje prerežite vodoravno na pola ili narežite na deblje šnite, kao kruh.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Jaja umutite sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom dok ne postanu pjenasta.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Dodajte ulje i kiselo vrhnje, pa kratko izmiksajte.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">U drugoj posudi pomiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i prstohvat soli.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Suhe sastojke dodajte u smjesu s jajima i lagano izmiješajte dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Polovinu smjese izlijte u kalup (veličine oko 23&#215;20 cm) obložen papirom za pečenje.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Na smjesu složite polovinu narezanih jagoda.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Prelijte ostatak smjese i opet posložite preostale jagode po vrhu.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Leću operite i stavite kuhati u većoj količini posoljene voda. Kuhajte 20-ak minuta, ocijedite vodu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Na malo ulja prepržite luk, nasjeckane kobasice i mrkve. Pirjajte dok povrće ne omekša.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Umiješajte sitno nasjeckani češnjak i pirjajte sve zajedno minutu-dvije.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Dodajte koncentrat rajčice, začinite mljevenom dimljenom paprikom, soli i paprom. Pirjajte sve zajedno nekoliko minuta.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Kod prženja krafni važno je da <strong>ulje ne bude prevruće</strong> jer će krafne brzo dobiti boju, a neće biti pečene iznutra.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Nemojte odjednom staviti previše krafni u posudu za prženje jer će se temperatura ulja sniziti i krafne će <strong>upiti previše masnoće.</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">1 čajna žlica soli</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">2 vanilin šećera</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">1 vrećice praška za pecivo</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">malo ribane korice limuna</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">1 žlica rakije</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">1 dcl ulja</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">ulje za prženje</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">5 dcl mlijeka</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">1 kocka svježeg kvasca</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">marmelada po želji</span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 20px;">Priprema krafni</span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">U posudi ugrijte 1 dcl mlijeka (ne smije biti prevruće) dodajte 1 čajnu žlicu šećera i 1 čajnu žlicu brašna, promiješajte i dodajte svježi kvasac. Ostavite da se sve diže.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Jaja tucite sa šećerom i malom žlicom soli dok ne dobijete pjenastu smjesu, potom je dodajte u brašno pomiješano s praškom za pecivo.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Dodajte potom ulje, žlicu rakije, izmiješajte i dodajte kvasac i naposljetku toplo preostalo mlijeko. Sve dobro umijesite dok tijesto ne postane mekano i podatno.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Dobivenu smjesu ostavite na toplom dok se ne udvostruči, potom je prebacite na pobrašnjenu površinu i razvaljajte na debljinu 1 cm. Okruglim kalupom ili čašom izrezujte oblike i kada ste iskoristili cijelu smjesu, ostavite ih da se uzdignu. Potom ih okrenite na drugu stranu da se i ona diže.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">U posudu za prženje ulijte ulje i zagrijte (treba biti vruće, ne smije se pregrijati). Krafne stavljajte u <strong>zagrijano ulje</strong> i pazite da je prva strana koja se podizala okrenuta prema gore.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Smanjite vatru i poklopite poklopcem, nakon pola minute uklonite poklopac i okrenite krafne na drugu stranu da se prži, ali bez pokrivanja poklopcem (na ovaj načina po sredini krafne nastaje bijela crta baš poput originalnog izgleda). Kada su krafne gotove izvadite ih da se <strong>ocijede na papirnatom ubrusu</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Špricaljku za kreme napunite marmeladom i punite krafne nakon što se ohlade.  Ako ne volite punjene krafne, možete ih samo posuti <strong>šećerom u prahu</strong>.</span></p>
