<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Dodajte ulje i mlijeko (ili jogurt), pa kratko promiješajte.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Brašno pomiješano s praškom za pecivo lagano <strong>umiješajte u smjesu</strong>.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Operite i očistite jagode, pa ih narežite na četvrtine ili manje komade.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">U većoj posudi <strong>pomiješajte jagode, šećer</strong> i vanilin šećer. Ostavite da odstoji najmanje 15 minuta, a može i preko noći u hladnjaku – tako će jagode pustiti sok i šećer će se bolje otopiti.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Smjesu stavite na<strong> laganu vatru i miješajte</strong> dok se šećer potpuno ne otopi. Povremeno <strong>uklanjajte pjenu</strong> koja se stvara na površini.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Kuhajte na laganoj vatri oko sat vremena, povremeno miješajući. Ako želite glatku marmeladu, pred kraj kuhanja <strong>usitnite štapnim mikserom</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Ako koristite želin, pomiješajte ga s <strong>dvije žlice šećera</strong>, dodajte u marmeladu i kuhajte još 5–10 minuta, dok ne postignete željenu gustoću (provjerite gustoću na hladnom tanjuriću).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Vruću marmeladu <strong>ulijte u vruće, sterilizirane staklenke</strong> (sterilizirajte ih 15 minuta na 120°C u pećnici ili u kipućoj vodi).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Staklenke <strong>dobro zatvorite</strong>, okrenite naopako i ostavite 5–10 minuta, zatim ih vratite u normalan položaj i pustite da se potpuno ohlade.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Ako želite marmeladu bez šećera, zamijenite ga medom. Ide oko 40 g na pola kilograma jagoda, a kuhanje je kraće. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Zagrijte pećnicu na 220 stupnjeva. Pileća krilca dobro osušite papirnatim ručnikom kako bi tijekom pečenja postala što hrskavija. Stavite ih u veću zdjelu pa dodajte maslinovo ulje, sol, papar, dimljenu papriku i češnjak u prahu. Dobro promiješajte.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Krilca rasporedite na lim obložen papirom za pečenje i <strong>pecite oko 40 minuta.</strong> Na pola pečenja ih okrenite kako bi ravnomjerno porumenjela.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Dok se krilca peku, pripremite umak. U manjem loncu pomiješajte med, soja sos, slatki chili umak, ljuti umak, sitno nasjeckani češnjak, đumbir i sok limete. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Pečena krilca prebacite u veliku zdjelu i prelijte pripremljenim umakom. Lagano promiješajte kako bi svako krilce bilo ravnomjerno obloženo.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Prvo razmutite kvasac u malo tople vode (ne smije biti prevruća), dodajte šećer i pustite da odstoji nekoliko minuta na toplom mjestu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">U brašno dodajte sol, ulje, dignuti kvasac, toplu vodu i zamijesite mekano tijesto. Tijesto mijesite 10-ak minuta dok ne postane mekano. Tijesto prebacite u posudu u kojoj će se dizati, pokrijte ga i ostavite na toplom mjestu dok se volumen ne udvostruči.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Tijesto razvaljajte na veličinu kalupa u kojem ćete peći pizzu. Zatim ga premažite paradajz sosom ili kečapom, pospite sirom, dodajte naribanu ili sitno narezanu šunku. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Možete na vrh staviti narezane šampinjone i masline.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Pizzu pecite 10-12 minuta u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na temperaturi od 250 °C.</span></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-size: 20px;">Priprema jagoda</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;"><a href="https://gorica.info/cheesecake-s-jagodama-kremast-i-osvjezavajuci-kolac-bez-pecenja/">Jagode</a> operi, očisti i nareži na manje komade. Ako nisu dovoljno slatke, možeš dodati <strong>žlicu šećera</strong> i ostaviti ih 10-ak minuta da puste sok.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 20px;">Krema</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">U jednoj posudi izmiksaj slatko vrhnje u čvrsti šlag. U drugoj posudi pomiješaj mascarpone, šećer u prahu i vanilin šećer. Lagano sjedini sa šlagom dok ne dobiješ glatku, prozračnu kremu.</span></p>
<h3><strong><span style="font-size: 20px;">Slaganje deserta</span></strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">U svaku čašu <strong>slaži slojeve</strong> mljevenih keksa, sloj kreme i sloj jagoda. Ponovi postupak još jednom kako bi dobio lijep vizualni efekt slojeva.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">U zdjelu stavite mljeveno meso. Dodajte sol, mljevenu papriku, sitno sjeckani češnjak, peršin i malo papra.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Ulijte mineralnu vodu i sve dobro izmiješajte rukama dok ne dobijete jednoličnu smjesu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Smjesu ostavite u hladnjaku najmanje 30 minuta da se prožmu okusi.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>Priprema lepinja</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px;">Lepinje prerežite vodoravno na pola ili narežite na deblje šnite, kao kruh.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 20px">Priprema kolača od jagoda</span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Jaja umutite sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom dok ne postanu pjenasta.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Dodajte ulje i kiselo vrhnje, pa kratko izmiksajte.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">U drugoj posudi pomiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i prstohvat soli.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Suhe sastojke dodajte u smjesu s jajima i lagano izmiješajte dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Polovinu smjese izlijte u kalup (veličine oko 23&#215;20 cm) obložen papirom za pečenje.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Na smjesu složite polovinu narezanih jagoda.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Prelijte ostatak smjese i opet posložite preostale jagode po vrhu.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 175°C oko 35–40 minuta, ili dok čačkalica zabodena u sredinu ne izađe suha.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Ohladite i po želji pospite šećerom u prahu.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Punjena jaja će jako lijepo izgledati ako smjesu stavite u vrećicu za ukrašavanje sa zvjezdastim nastavkom pa je utisnete u prerezane bjelanjke.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 20px">Jaja će biti šarenija ako u smjesu zgnječenih žumanjaka dodate na <strong>sitno narezanu šunku.</strong> Možete dodati i razne začine – crvenu papriku, vlasac ili peršin.</span></p>
